Why WPI and not just any protein powder?


WPI (Whey Protein Isolate) undergoes a more rigorous filtration process than conventional concentrate, resulting in a higher protein content per serving and lower fat content. Ingredients (for 6–8 medium pancakes)

  • 1 scoop (approx. 46g) of WPI Whey Protein Isolate SP Humania Dark Chocolate flavor
  • 1 cup of rolled oats (ground or in a blender = homemade oat flour)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ½ cup of milk of your choice (cow, almond, oat)
  • 1 ripe banana (natural sweetener, optional but recommended)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt and cinnamon to taste
  • Coconut oil or butter for the pan



Preparation (15 minutes)

  1. Blend or mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If it is too thick, add a little more milk.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a touch of coconut oil.
  3. Pour medium portions and cook 2–3 min per side until golden brown.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit, honey or natural peanut butter.

Prepare double the recipe on Sunday and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They are just as good reheated and save you from impulsive decisions during the week. Excellent as a snack or treat for that sweet craving.
